By accessing or purchasing from Justbb (justbb.com.au), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom-Made Products All Justbb products are custom-made to order. Because each item is personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Please review your personalisation details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Order Accuracy You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details (names, dates, photos, text) submitted at the time of ordering are correct. Justbb is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Colour Variations Product colours and print finishes may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website due to differences in screen calibration and display settings. These minor variations are not considered defects.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at justbbinfo@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.
5. Order Cancellations As all products are made to order, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, production may have already commenced and we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
6. Shipping & Delivery Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Justbb is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property All content on justbb.com.au, including images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Justbb and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Justbb's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
9. Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes to These Terms Justbb reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
