Ordering & Personalisation

How do I personalise my order?

After adding a product to your cart, you'll be prompted to upload your photo or enter your personalisation details (name, message, etc.). Our team reviews every order before production to ensure the best quality result.

What photo quality do I need?

For the best print quality, we recommend a photo that is at least 1MB in file size and taken in good lighting. Avoid blurry, pixelated, or heavily filtered images. JPG and PNG files work best. If your photo quality is too low, we'll contact you before printing.

Can I preview my design before it's made?

We don't currently offer a live preview tool, but our team carefully checks every order. If there's anything that doesn't look right, we'll reach out to you before production begins.

Can I change my personalisation after placing an order?

Changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already begun. Please contact us immediately at justbbinfo@gmail.com if you need to make a change.

Can I order in bulk or for corporate gifting?

Absolutely! We love bulk and corporate orders. Please contact us at justbbinfo@gmail.com for a custom quote.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post with tracking included on every order.

How long will my order take?

All our products are custom-made to order. Here's what to expect:

  • Production time: Up to 1 business day
  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Regional & rural areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Will my Mother's Day order arrive in time?

Mother's Day in Australia is Sunday 10 May 2026. To guarantee delivery in time, please order by:

  • 🏙️ Metro areas: Wednesday 6 May 2026
  • 🌾 Regional & rural areas: Friday 2 May 2026

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website.

Do you offer express shipping?

We don't currently offer express shipping as a checkout option, but if you're cutting it close on timing, please contact us at justbbinfo@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.


Returns & Quality

What is your return policy?

Because all our products are custom-made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at justbbinfo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

The colours look slightly different to the screen. Is that normal?

Yes — slight colour variations can occur between screen displays and printed products. We use high-quality sublimation printing, but screens can display colours differently depending on brightness and settings. We always aim for the closest match possible.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay (buy now, pay later in 4 fortnightly instalments — perfect for spreading the cost of a gift bundle).

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments — the same platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
