Ordering and Personalisation
How do I personalise an item?
Select the available options, upload a clear photo or design, and enter any names, dates or short wording requested on the product page.
What image quality should I upload?
Use a clear JPG or PNG file, ideally at least 1000 pixels wide. Avoid screenshots, blurry images and files downloaded from social media where possible. We will contact you if the supplied artwork is unsuitable.
Can I change my order after checkout?
Email justbbinfo@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes are only possible before production begins.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. Email us with the product, quantity, required date and artwork details for a quote.
Production and Delivery
How long does production take?
Most personalised orders require 1–3 business days before dispatch. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.
Where do you deliver?
We ship Australia-wide with tracking.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
- Metro areas: approximately 2–5 business days
- Regional and rural areas: approximately 5–10 business days
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, public holidays and remote destinations.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.
Returns and Product Quality
Can personalised products be returned?
Personalised products cannot normally be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law where an item is faulty, damaged or materially different from the order details.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Why might colours look different?
Screens display colours differently, so slight variation between the uploaded image and finished product can occur. Print appearance also depends on the original artwork and product material.
Printing and Care
Which printing methods do you use?
We use DTF printing for garments and sublimation for compatible mugs, tumblers, cushion covers and other gift products.
Follow the care instructions shown on each product page for the best result.
